Meeting Notes 9/9/13

Guest Bath - Guest bath to have shower with no curb (as in picture below).  Tile will have a border around the field tile.  WC to have same field tile with no border.  The sink to be similar to one in picture but a double.  We are having a hard time finding this sink set up that is smaller than 57". We will go back to a radiator heated space.  Radiant heat will not be used in this space. Ventilation for both water closet and shower will be by Fan Tech.  We will look at feasibility of retrofitting the Fan Tech units.

Kitchen - Demo of the kitchen floors is slated to happen 9/23 with flooring starting there after.  The flooring is currently being acclimated in the basement in a climate controlled bubble.

There are ongoing discussions regarding the opening of the doorway between the kitchen and the pantry as to whether it wants to be arched or square top and to where it is actually located.  

Radiators - I spoke with the radiator restorer as recommended by Georgia and we will use him to soda blast and powder coat the 10 radiators in white.  He will pick up this week. and return in 1 week.
