Guest and Hall Bath Reno update

When we went to do disconnect on the plumbing for these bathrooms we found that the isolation valves were frail and in need of replacement.  All isolation valves for those two baths have now been replaced with ball valves.  Ball valves were approved in aesthetic by Georgia.

All plumbing fixtures have been removed except for the tub in the guest bath.

Prior to any dust related work we will do extensive dust protection and removal of items that can be relocated.

Project Update 7/10/13

  1. We have done the first pass of the snaking of the downspout drains.  There were 3 that we couldn't get through.  Before we go as far as to dig them up or install new dry wells I would like to have Boston Drain come in with heavy duty snaking equipment and see if they can repair them.
  2. While repairing the downspout drains and checking gutters we noticed that the flat roof over the basement stairs is severally undermined.  We will be submitting a price for repair of this with a new rubber roof shortly.
  3. We have estimates for the bath renovations.  Being proofread now and will be submitted by the end of the week.
  4. Kitchen floor estimate is on its way.  Need to determine final layout of temp kitchen.
  5. The back patio regrout and seal is being priced and scheduled simultaneously.  Will have that info by the end of the week.
  6. The kitchen design is moving along nicely.  Should have more to show next week.
  7. Gutter and Downspout repairs is still slated for the end of this month.
  8. Painting is still slated to get started at the end of July beginning of August.
