- Wood baseboard and cap molding to match existing in hall.
- Chrome hardware on shower doors.
- Full or half wall mirror at sink toilet area. TBD (Extra)
- Wire for 3 sconces at vanity wall. TBD. (Extra)
- Tile chosen and will be spec'd by LL.
- Tile pattern on floor in shower
Guest Bath
- Wood baseboard and cap molding to match existing in hall.
- Solid wall for plumbing (see sketch)
- Tile chosen and will be spec'd by LL.

- Chrome hardware on shower doors.
- Beveled mirror on radiator table.
- LL Looking into replace ment faucet for sink. We will discuss with Able as well.
