Meeting Notes 8/26/13

• Carpentry - Kitchen entry ceiling exterior.  Would like to cover up the stucco with a nice wood surface and new hanging light fixture.  Would also like to look at the same situation with the front entry.
  
• Asbestos - We will start the abatement process for the asbestos that is currently in the guest bath.  There is a 10 day waiting period before the removal can begin.
  
• Plumbing - We will set up a meeting with the plumber to go over the bath renovation scenarios this week.
  
• Radiators - We have designated 9 radiators to be removed and sent out for refinishing.
• 2 in kitchen
• 1 in laundry
• 1 under sink in pantry
• 2 in guest bed room
• 1 in guest bath
• 1 in hall outside guest bedroom
• 1 in hall bath
  
• Kitchen - Georgia today offered the following ideas:
1. Leave existing windows and turn window at sink into a door.
2. Have a sink against the door that rotates out 90 degrees
3. Find a location for a couch or "papa" chair.
4. Start flooring asap but after 9/21 if possible.
5. We may or may not do the arch at the same time as the flooring.
